Benefit Computation Base definition

Benefit Computation Base means the Executive’s average base salary (without bonus or profit sharing) from the Company over the 12 consecutive complete calendar months during which the Executive’s base salary is the highest, determined without regard for reductions pursuant to Sections 125, 132(f)(4) or 401(k) of the Code.
Benefit Computation Base means the average of the Executive’s compensation including bonuses (but excluding profit sharing contributions) from the Corporation and the Parent Company for his three highest compensation completed calendar years prior to the year during which the Plan Retirement Date occurs.
Benefit Computation Base means the average of the Participant's annual compensation (including base salary, bonus, and any salary reduction amounts pursuant to Sections 401(k) or 125 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended) paid during the 36 consecutive calendar months during the Participant's last ten years of employment by the Bank in which such compensation is the highest.

  • The Executive’s Benefit Computation Base for purposes of Section 2.1(a) shall be the average of the Executive’s compensation from the Corporation for the five (5) consecutive calendar years during the ten (10) years preceding the Executive’s termination of employment with the Corporation in which such compensation is the highest (excluding all years of the Executive’s employment by the Corporation after the year in which the Normal Retirement Date occurs).

  • The Executive’s Benefit Computation Base shall be the average of the three (3) consecutive calendar years during the Executive’s period of employment by the Bank in which his compensation, including any bonus, is the highest.

More Definitions of Benefit Computation Base

Benefit Computation Base means the average of the Executive’s base salary from the Corporation for his three highest compensation completed calendar years from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2018.
Benefit Computation Base means either (i) the Benefit Computation Base as defined in the Supplemental Retirement Agreement between Executive and the Company or (ii) if there is no Supplemental Retirement Agreement between the Executive and the Company, the base annual compensation amount used in calculating the Executive's benefits under the Retirement Plan.
Benefit Computation Base means the average of the Participant's Annual Compensation for the three (3) Years of Service (or the actual average of the Participant's Annual Compensation if less than three Years of Service) immediately preceding the year in which an event occurs giving rise to the need for such calculation. For purposes of this Section, Annual Compensation will not continue to be taken into account following the date on which the Participant attains his or her Normal Retirement Age.
Benefit Computation Base means the average of the Participant’s “Annual Compensation” for the five (5) completed years of employment immediately preceding the year- in which an event occurs giving rise to the need for such calculation.
