Compensation reductions and elections will become effective as of the first day of the first Benefit Coverage Period specified by the Administrator following completion of the enrollment and election process.
A Participant will cease to be a Participant as of the earlier of (a) the date on which the Plan terminates, (b) the end of the Participant's Benefit Coverage Period, or (c) the date the Participant ceases to be an Eligible Employee.
