Benefiting Party definition

Benefiting Party means a Party who in respect of a given Project expresses an interest in becoming one and is subsequently agreed as being one by the PfSH Joint Committee from time to time.
Benefiting Party has the meaning given in Section 37.8(a).
Benefiting Party has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22(d) hereof.

  • Auditing Party means the Party conducting an audit of the Audited Party’s books, records, data and other documents.

  • Affected Person means a SEF applicant whose admission application is declined or is conditioned or a Person whose status as a Participant is terminated as set forth in Rule 303(e).
