Following termination of his employment hereunder pursuant to the provisions of Section 4(e) or 4(f) hereof, and in partial consideration for the payments provided pursuant thereto, during the period from the Termination Date until the Benefits Termination Date, Executive shall provide to Employer up to one day per month of consulting services as reasonably requested by Employer.
The Executive shall also be entitled to a continuation of all other benefits and reimbursements in effect at the time of termination until the Benefits Termination Date.
