Beta Products definition

Beta Products means products or features related to the Service available to the Customer on a trial, beta, early access, or similar basis.

Beta Products means pre-release or early-release Products that Cohesity makes available to select customers before they are made generally available;

Beta Products means the beta version of certain Forescout products (including any Updates thereto, in the case of software) and the media and Documentation provided by Forescout to You. Beta Products may include Software and/or Hardware, both as defined below.

• Without limiting the foregoing, for Beta Products, confidential information includes the appearance, ‘look and feel’, performance, specifications, features and functionality of software and hardware, which information may not be discussed or shown to the public by You or Your Authorised Users in any manner until publicly released by RIM.

• Notwithstanding the Test Period, You acknowledge and agree that RIM may include technical measures in the Beta Products that render them inoperable after a specified period of time and You agree that You will not circumvent such technical measures, nor attempt to do so.

• You acknowledge and agree that Your BlackBerry Solution was: (a) developed at considerable time and expense by RIM and/or the RIM Group of Companies; and (b) that the RIM Products, RIM Services, Software, and associated CALs, includingthe Beta Products, contain confidential information including the trade-secrets of RIM, the RIM Group of Companies and their respective suppliers.

More Definitions of Beta Products

Beta Products means any pre-commercial release or evaluation versions of BlackBerry Software or BlackBerry Services made available to Customer by BlackBerry under additional terms and conditions.

Beta Products means the products of Beta related to the Harbor NSM and Harbor HFT product lines;

Beta Products means VKS Products that are not generally available to customers.
