Sof tware means the certain software program(s) purchased by Client. Software includes the Humanity Services as defined in the Licensing Agreement.

  • If you obtain Third Party Sof tware through ABB as specified in an order, you must comply with the terms and con- ditions of the third party, including the third-party license agreement attached to or referenced in the order regarding the Third-Party Sof tware.

  • The existence of a copy right notice on the Sof tware will not be construed as an admission or presumption of publication of the Software or public disclosure of any trade secrets associated with the Software.
