BGS definition

BGS shall refer to the State of Maine Bureau of General Services.

BGS means the Bureau of General Services of the Department of Administrative and Financial Services.

• Until the BGS-FP Supply is delivered to the Companies at the Delivery Points, the BGS- FP Supplier shall bear all risk of loss associated with the procurement and delivery of BGS-FP Supply.
