BGS definition

BGS shall refer to the State of Maine Bureau of General Services.
BGS means the Bureau of General Services of the Department of Administrative and Financial Services.
BGS means electric generation service that is provided to any customer that has not chosen an electric power supplier, as defined herein, whether or not the customer has received offers for competitive supply options; including, but not limited to, any customer that cannot obtain such service from an electric power supplier for any reason, including non-payment for services.   • Until the BGS-FP Supply is delivered to the Companies at the Delivery Points, the BGS- FP Supplier shall bear all risk of loss associated with the procurement and delivery of BGS-FP Supply.
