Biennial status letter means correspondence issued by the Department to the professional preparation institution within 30 days upon completion of the review of the bien- nial report, indicating the status of the educator prepara- tion program(s).
Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.
Familial status means the condition of one or more minors being domiciled with:
Financial Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.
Certificate of Compliance means a certificate issued in terms of the Regulations in respect of an electrical installation or part of an electrical installation by an accredited person;
Dual status military technician means a federal civilian employee who is:
Audited financial statement means a financial statement audited by an outside accounting firm.
Company Audited Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11.
Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
marital status means being single, married as recognized by the state of Connecticut, widowed, separated or divorced;
travel status with respect to an employee means absence of the employee from his/her headquarters or geographic location on Justice Institute of British Columbia business with the approval of the Employer, but travel status does not apply to employees temporarily assigned to a position outside of his/her headquarters or geographic location or to field status employees;
environmental statement means the document certified as the environmental statement by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order;
certificate of competency means a certificate issued by the Washington state board of boiler rules to a person who has passed the tests as set forth in WAC 296-104-050.
Pre-Contractual Statement means a draft agreement, undertaking, representation, warranty, promise, assurance or arrangement of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, relating to this Agreement made or given by a Party to this Agreement or any other person at any time prior to the date of this Agreement.
Covenant Compliance Certificate means a properly completed and executed Covenant Compliance Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit X hereto.
Year-End Financial Statements has the meaning specified in Section 4.5.
Financial Statement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.05 hereof.
Audited financial report means and includes those items specified in Section 5 of this regulation.
Statement of Compliance means the statement forming part of a Tender indicating the Bidders compliance with the Specification.
Statement of Grievance shall name the grievant(s) involved, the facts giving rise to the grievance, provision(s) of the Agreement alleged to be violated and the remedy (specific relief) requested.
Official Statement means the Official Statement for the Bonds, as described in Section 17 hereof.
Closing Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22.
Annual Statement means that statement required by Iowa Code section 508.11 to be filed annually by the company with the office of the commissioner.
Buyer Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.
Seller Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).
Audited Financial Statements means the audited consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017, and the related consolidated statements of income or operations, shareholders’ equity and cash flows for such fiscal year of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including the notes thereto.
