Biennial status letter means correspondence issued by the Department to the professional preparation institution within 30 days upon completion of the review of the bien- nial report, indicating the status of the educator prepara- tion program(s).
Familial status means the condition of one or more minors being domiciled with:
Financial Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.
Certificate of Compliance means the certificate referred to in Section 3.03 of the Servicing Agreement and substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Servicing Agreement.
Dual status military technician means a federal civilian employee who is:
Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
marital status means being single, married as recognized by the state of Connecticut, widowed, separated or divorced;
environmental statement means the document certified as the environmental statement by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the Order;
certificate of competency means a certificate issued by the Washington state board of boiler rules to a person who has passed the tests as set forth in WAC 296-104-050.
the Environmental Statement means the document certified as the environmental statement by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the Order;
Covenant Compliance Certificate means a properly completed and executed Covenant Compliance Certificate in form and substance of the certificate attached hereto as Exhibit IX.
Audited financial report means and includes those items specified in Section 5 of this regulation.
Statement of Compliance means the statement forming part of a Tender indicating the Bidders compliance with the Specification.
Statement of Grievance shall name the employee involved, shall state the facts giving rise to the grievance, shall identify by appropriate reference all the provisions of this Master Contract alleged to be violated, shall state the contention of the employee and of the Association with respect to these provisions, and shall indicate the specific relief requested.
Official Statement means the Official Statement for the Bonds, as described in Section 17 hereof.
Annual Statement means the annual statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation, which statement shall be in the form required by such Insurance Subsidiary’s jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing annual statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.
Audited Financial Statements means the audited consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017, and the related consolidated statements of income or operations, shareholders’ equity and cash flows for such fiscal year of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including the notes thereto.
