If you exercise on Court Sanction (or if you exercise before Court Sanction and keep your Biffa Shares until the Scheme Record Time), it is expected that the money paid by Bidco for Biffa Shares will be received by Biffa on your behalf within 14 days of Completion, and then the money will then be paid to you into your usual salary bank account as soon as practical thereafter (subject to any deductions for tax and social security contributions/levies).
Any CGT on the sale of Biffa Shares is payable by you to HMRC under self-assessment.
