Bills of Lading definition

Bills of Lading means such document used to acknowledge the receipt of a shipment of cargoes.

Related to Bills of Lading

  • Bill of lading means a document of title evidencing the receipt of goods for shipment issued by a person engaged in the business of directly or indirectly transporting or forwarding goods. The term does not include a warehouse receipt.

  • Cargo means any property carried on an aircraft other than mail, stores and accompanied or mishandled baggage;

  • customs duty means any customs or import duty and a charge of any kind, imposed in connection with the importation of a good, but does not include any:
