Bilx xx Sale definition

Bilx xx Sale shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(c).

Bilx xx Sale means the Bilx xx Sale, to be duly executed and delivered by Seller in accordance with Section 4.1 of this Agreement, conveying to Buyer all of the Personal Property. The Bilx xx Sale shall be in the form of, and upon the terms contained in, Exhibit "D".
