Biosecure Planting Stock definition

Biosecure Planting Stock means plants and trees sourced from nurseries with clear plant health management standards in place including, for example, nurseries with Plant Healthy certification or similar. Capital Items means the items and activities (either Standard Cost Items or Actual Cost Items) subject of the Funded Activities the Grant Recipient is required to carry out, as set out in the Grant Funding Agreement (and shown for illustrative purposes on the Agreement Map attached to the Application Form).
Biosecure Planting Stock means plants and trees sourced from nurseries who provide evidence that they meet the requirements set out in the Plant Health Management Standard, available at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/resources/plant- health-management-standard-1-1. The evidence should be provided in one of two forms: • Current membership of the Plant Healthy Certification Scheme (Certification Number) or have officially applied to become certified. For nurseries who are not current members of Plant Healthy certification should be achieved within 12 months. • Successful Ready to Plant assessment reference number associated with the Grant Funding Agreement number.

  • Cannabis plant means any plant of the genus Cannabis;

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,

  • Air dried coating means a coating that is dried by the use of air or forced warm air at temperatures up to 1940F (900C).
