BISx System definition

BISx System means the system comprised of a BISx device with a Monitor Cable and a Patient Interface Cable (“PIC”) designed for use with the Philips Patient Monitor and is also known, including in Exhibit A, as a “BISx Kit”.
BISx System means the integrated solution of Seller's BIS Engine processing technology and the DSC-XP. The BISx System includes a patient interface cable and a host monitor cable. "Buyer BIS/EEG Engine" is the processing unit for deriving the BIS and EEG data from the raw EEG signal and consists of Seller's "BIS Engine" board modified for Buyer. "Buyer BIS/EEG Module" is all components involved in integrating the BIS and EEG with Buyer Patient Monitors.
BISx System is the BISx and a patient interface cable.
