BISx System definition

BISx System means the integrated solution of Seller’s BIS Engine processing technology and the DSC-XP. The BISx System includes a patient interface cable and a host monitor cable. Buyer BIS/EEG Module means all components involved in integrating the BISx and/or BIS/EEG with Buyer Patient Monitoring Systems.
BISx System means the system comprised of a BISx with a Monitor Cable and a Patient Interface Cable (“PIC”) designed for use with the NK Patient Monitor.
BISx System means the integrated product developed and manufactured by Aspect and combining the functions of the former HP BIS Engine and the DSC. The BISx System includes a patient interface cable and a host monitor cable for Philips patient monitors.

  • The components of the Aspect BISx Kits purchased from Aspect under this Agreement shall only be used as components in, incorporated into or integrated with the BISx System which Draeger sells or leases to third-party users in the regular course of business.

  • Aspect will be responsible for reporting such incidents to the appropriate regulatory authority for the BISx System and BIS Sensors in the United States and NK will guide Aspect with any reporting requirements in Japan.
