Integrated Product definition

Integrated Product or “Integrated Products” means (a) any product integrating Brainlab Technology and SurgiVision Technology as contemplated in section II or section III of this Agreement, or (b) any jointly developed product in the Therapeutic Delivery Field of Use as contemplated in section III of this Agreement.

Integrated Product means any product which is sold as a unit by EVERGREEN and which incorporates a Wafer, Cell or Module as part of the unit.

More Definitions of Integrated Product

Integrated Product means the Partner Product that is adapted to access Classifications of certain Data Types.

Integrated Product means any technology, product or device of Purchaser or an affiliate thereof that incorporates or exploits any of the Technology, other than a Device sold or commercialized on a Standalone Basis.

Integrated Product means (1) the collection of products, functionality, services and features which support an integrated “Aetna experience” from the perspective of current or prospective Aetna brokers, plan sponsors and members, (collectively, the “Constituents”), combined with (2) the technical capability to host those services and features within the Aetna environment. The Integrated Product Statement of Work expresses the parties’ shared vision for the Integrated Product as the parties are able to express it at this time. The parties jointly are committed to modifying the Integrated Product Statement of Work as needed during the course of development as needed to realize that shared vision.

Integrated Product is defined in Schedule 8.

Integrated Product means Integrator's product that incorporates Product(s) into various modes of data communications equipment utilizing the Product(s) as the core communications component for use in the Application ("Integrated Product"). The Integrated Product is described in Attachment 2 hereto.

Integrated Product means the CI-Metabase integrated with Reseller’s software product as described in Exhibit A.

Integrated Product means an application software product created by Licensee through the integration of WebXpress Software with application software programs proprietary to Licensee ("Licensee Applications'). All Integrated Products are subject to the restrictions on development, use and distribution set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement. The Integrated Products covered by this Agreement are described in greater detail in Schedule B, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
