Blasting Permit definition

Blasting Permit means the written authority granted by the Director pursuant to this Bylaw for the purposes of Blasting.
Blasting Permit means a permit issued by the City in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance to allow blasting operations within the City.
Blasting Permit means a document that must be obtained under this Bylaw in order to permit Blasting

  • Applicable Permit means the Kansas Water Pollution Control and National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Stormwater Runoff from Construction Activities General Permit or a project specific stormwater permit issued to KDOT.

  • Right-of-Way Permit means either the excavation permit or the obstruction permit, or both, depending on the context, required by this chapter.
