Blocked Notes definition

Blocked Notes means Notes which have been blocked in an account with a clearing system for the purpose of obtaining a Block Voting Instruction or a Voting Certificate on terms that they will not be released until after the conclusion of the Meeting in respect of which the Block Voting Instruction or Voting Certificate is required;

A Voting Certificate shall be valid until the conclusion of the Meeting specified in the Voting Certificate or any adjournment of such Meeting and the relevant Monte Titoli Account Holder shall not be allowed to release the relevant Notes before such date unless the Voting Certificate is first surrendered to it. So long as a Voting Certificate is valid, the bearer thereof shall be considered to be the holder of the Notes to which such Voting Certificate refers for all purposes in connection with the Meeting;

More Definitions of Blocked Notes
