Collar means an agreement to receive payments as the buyer of an option, cap, or floor and to make payments as the seller of a different option, cap, or floor.
Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04(a).
Interest Rate Agreements means, in respect of a Person, any interest rate protection agreements and other types of interest rate hedging agreements (including, without limitation, interest rate swaps, caps, floors, collars and similar agreements) designed to protect such Person against or manage exposure to fluctuations in interest rates.
Convertible Mortgage Loan Any individual Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan purchased pursuant to this Agreement which contains a provision whereby the Mortgagor is permitted to convert the Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan to a Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.
Derivative means any investment instrument whose market price is derived from the fluctuating value of an underlying asset, index, currency, futures contract, including futures, options and collateralized mortgage obligations.
Swaps means, with respect to any Person, payment obligations with respect to interest rate swaps, currency swaps and similar obligations obligating such Person to make payments, whether periodically or upon the happening of a contingency. For the purposes of this Agreement, the amount of the obligation under any Swap shall be the amount determined in respect thereof as of the end of the then most recently ended fiscal quarter of such Person, based on the assumption that such Swap had terminated at the end of such fiscal quarter, and in making such determination, if any agreement relating to such Swap provides for the netting of amounts payable by and to such Person thereunder or if any such agreement provides for the simultaneous payment of amounts by and to such Person, then in each such case, the amount of such obligation shall be the net amount so determined.
Spot means a date, of which the payment/delivery date equals the date on which the transaction is concluded with the addition of two Trading Days. On the basis thereof, the following system-supported standard terms are available:
Currency Agreements means, in respect of a Person, any spot or forward foreign exchange agreements and currency swap, currency option or other similar financial agreements or arrangements designed to protect such Person against or manage exposure to fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates.
Futures means a futures contract which gives the buyer the obligation to purchase a specific asset, and the seller to sell and deliver that asset at a specific future date, unless such contract is terminated prior to such date for any reason;
Margin means [•] per cent. per annum.]
Hedging means acting to protect against economic loss due to price fluctuation of a commodity or related investment by entering
Interest Rate Hedging Agreements means, with respect to any Person, the obligations of such Person under (i) interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements and interest rate collar agreements and (ii) other agreements or arrangements designed to protect such Person or any of its Subsidiaries against fluctuations in interest rates.
Interest Rate Contracts means all interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements, interest rate collar agreements and interest rate insurance.
Rate Contracts means swap agreements (as such term is defined in Section 101 of the Bankruptcy Code) and any other agreements or arrangements designed to provide protection against fluctuations in interest or currency exchange rates.
Forward Hedge Shares means all Common Stock borrowed by the Forward Purchaser and offered and sold by the Forward Seller in connection with any Forward that has occurred or may occur in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Where the context requires, the term “Forward Hedge Shares” as used herein shall include the definition of the same under the Alternative Distribution Agreements.
risk management means coordinated activities to direct and control an organization with regard to risk.
Swap means any agreement, contract, or transaction that constitutes a “swap” within the meaning of section 1a(47) of the Commodity Exchange Act.
Interest Rate Protection Agreements means any agreement providing for an interest rate swap, cap or collar, or any other financial agreement designed to protect against fluctuations in interest rates.
Bidder from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means: -
Interest Rate Agreement means with respect to any Person any interest rate protection agreement, interest rate future agreement, interest rate option agreement, interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate hedge agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement as to which such Person is party or a beneficiary.
Commodity means any material, article, supply, goods, or equipment.
Interest Rate Hedge means an interest rate exchange, collar, cap, swap, floor, adjustable strike cap, adjustable strike corridor, cross-currency swap or similar agreements entered into by any Loan Party in order to provide protection to, or minimize the impact upon, such Loan Party of increasing floating rates of interest applicable to Indebtedness.
Small wireless facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications:
Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan serviced pursuant to this Agreement under which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the related Mortgage Note.
Hedge or “hedging” means a strategy used to offset or reduce the risk associated with an investment or a group of investments.
