Blue Yonder definition

Blue Yonder or "JDA" means Blue Yonder, Inc. (formerly JDA Software, Inc.) or the relevant Blue Yonder Affiliate which has entered into the Agreement with the Customer for the provision of Services;
Blue Yonder or "JDA" means Blue Yonder, Inc. (formerly JDA Software Inc.) or the relevant Blue Yonder Affiliate which has entered into the Agreement with the Vendor for the provision of Services;

Examples of Blue Yonder in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, Blue Yonder reserves the right to charge for such deletion or return of such Customer Personal Data.

  • As between the Customer and Blue Yonder, the Customer remains the owner of all Customer Personal Data.

  • For example, due to the relationships and partnerships built during the GEM Work Ready Grant activities, ARWDB staff are serving as part of the leadership team with the Georgia Department of Economic Development to attract companies to the region as part of the Digital Entertainment and Media Sector.

  • If Customer is required to withhold income tax on any payments due under this Agreement, it shall promptly provide Blue Yonder with the official receipt of payment of these taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Blue Yonder may process Customer Personal Data as required under Applicable Laws.

  • Blue Yonder is not responsible for any incompatibility that results from Customer’s use of different release levels between different Blue Yonder products.

  • Customer shall maintain (i) a test environment for the Supported Software and the ability to update the test environment from production when issues occur to enable Blue Yonder to diagnose and research support issues, (ii) remote/VPN access as requested by Blue Yonder to enable Blue Yonder to diagnose and research support issues, and (iii) a Blue Yonder log-on code that will allow Blue Yonder access to Customer's application environment to support both the Customer server and database software.

Related to Blue Yonder

  • PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;

  • MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;

  • Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • CSAM or "Credit Suisse" (or any combination thereof).

  • Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.

  • SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority;

  • POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013;

  • Stillbirth means an unintended fetal death occurring after a gestation period of 20 completed weeks or more or an unintended fetal death of a fetus with a weight of 350 or more grams.

  • DOH means the department of health.

  • SORA means, in respect of any Singapore Business Day “i”, a reference rate equal to the daily Singapore Overnight Rate Average published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or a successor administrator), as the administrator of the benchmark, on the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s website currently at http://www.mas.gov.sg, or any successor website officially designated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or as published by its authorised distributors) (the “Relevant Screen Page”) on the Singapore Business Day immediately following such Singapore Business Day “i”;

  • Crosswalk means that part of a roadway at an intersection included within the connections of the

  • Façade means the principal front or fronts of a building.

  • BEO means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Marihuana means that term as defined in section 7106 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.7106.

  • aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;

  • small and medium-sized enterprises or ‘SMEs’ means small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in Article 2 of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC;

  • TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.

  • POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;

  • SBD means Standard Bidding Documents.

  • Loft means an intermediary floor on a residual space in a pitched roof; above normal floor level with a maximum height of 1.5 metres and which is constructed or adopted for storage purposes;

  • LODR means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

  • Paypoint means the specific rate of remuneration payable to employees within a Classification Level.

  • IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.

  • AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.

  • CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
