Board certified physician means a physician who has taken and passed a medical specialty examination.
Board certified physician means an individual licensed under Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery who has passed an examination given by a medical specialty board and has been certified by that board as a specialist.
