Satisfactorily completed is defined as having all the information required for processing by OSOS Financial Services.
Once the contractor has completed all construction activities outlined in the Statement of Work, the contractor will request a Substantial Completion Inspection to guarantee that all work has been: • Satisfactorily completed according to the appropriate state and local codes and standards, • Accepted by all appropriate building code enforcement and third-party inspectors, and • That the home meets HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) as defined in the definitions section of this document.
OR (iv) Work partially Satisfactorily completed of at least 90% from ongoing work orders of 80% of bid cost & above.
Satisfactorily completed means no relevant information is declared or that a waiver has been obtained where relevant.
Satisfactorily completed projects as defined by an approved Task Work Order Plan as incorporated into a Task Work Order issued by NYSERDA.
