Board Designees definition

Board Designees means the Directors designated by the Principal Stockholders pursuant to Section 2.1.

Board Designees means individuals whose nomination for election, appointment or election as directors of the Parent is effectuated pursuant to (a) the Governance Agreement or (b) the Series A Certificate of Designation or the Series B Certificate of Designation.

Board Designees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

Examples of Board Designees in a sentence

• Nurserymen, nursery dealers, agents or nursery landscape contractors must make available invoices and applicable quarantine certificates on all sales of nursery stock upon request of the Authorized State Plant Board Designees.
