Board of Zoning Appeals definition

Board of Zoning Appeals or “BZA” means the duly appointed Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Charleston, which hears and decides on variances to the Charleston City Code.
Board of Zoning Appeals means a board consisting of seven (7) members appointed by the city council as provided in this chapter.
