Communal Facilities definition

Communal Facilities means and includes:
Communal Facilities means party walls, fences, gutters, drains, roadways, pavements, entrance ways, staircases, lavatories, accessways, passages, lifts, escalators, turntables, courtyards, external paviours, car parks and service or loading areas, service roads and other such amenities which are or may be used or enjoyed by an occupier of the Premises in common with any other person or persons.
Communal Facilities means the areas within a Flat or Block/Hall for the shared use of Occupiers living in that flat or Block/Hall with other Students, including but not limited to the kitchen and bathroom facilities; End of Tenancy Inspection: means the process by which the accommodation staff check the condition of decor, fixtures and fittings of the Flat and/or room and Communal Areas of the Block/Hall against the condition recorded on the Inventory; Flat: means a flat or floor within the Block/Hall consisting of several study-bedrooms, each for the exclusive use of the authorised Occupier(s), and Communal Facilities for the exclusive use of the authorised Occupiers of the study-bedrooms in that flat or floor; Guarantor: means a person or organisation reasonably acceptable to the University who has agreed to guarantee the Occupier’s Total Rent obligations as specified in the Booking Agreement;

Examples of Communal Facilities in a sentence

  • The Scheme Operator will bear the cost of the Village’s capital improvements including the capital improvement of the Communal Facilities but if the Resident gives a written request for a particular capital improvement to the Accommodation Unit and the Scheme Operator makes the improvement the Resident is to pay the cost.

  • The Scheme Operator will permit the Resident to have the right in common with the Scheme Operator, and all persons from time to time residing at the Village to use the Communal Facilities.

  • The Landlord shall have power at its discretion to alter the arrangement of the Communal Facilities provided that after such alteration the access to and amenities of the Premises are not substantially less convenient than before.

More Definitions of Communal Facilities

Communal Facilities means roads, pathways, grounds, buildings, and all parts of the Village that may from time to time be specified in writing by the Scheme Operator to the Resident as available for the common use of all Residents.
Communal Facilities means the facilities from time to time which shall form part of the Scheme, including but not limited to the Clubhouse to be constructed.
Communal Facilities means all land, buildings, plant, equipment, facilities and amenities (including any private roads and walkways) owned, leased, licensed, used pursuant to an registered easement or otherwise held or operated by the Society (as the Society may determine) from time to time, being initially those facilities transferred to the Society by the Developer;
Communal Facilities means those facilities common to all Occupiers, including but not limited to the reception, the administration office, the management office, the kitchen, the dining room, the entertainment areas, Balconies & Terraces, the laundry room, the medical office and consulting room, the lifts, the security office, the power supply room and the refuse room;
Communal Facilities means those facilities listed in Item 8 of Schedule One.
Communal Facilities means all land, marked Lot 50 on the Plan annexed hereto in Schedule 2 together with all buildings, plant equipment, facilities and amenities including any private roads and walkways within the Precinct from time to time.
Communal Facilities means all roads, power, telephone, water and wastewater services provided to the boundary of the Lot (except where owned by a utility services provider) together with any other facilities located in or on the Access Lot and/or the Village Green and which are intended for common use by all Members.
