Bolt Parties definition

Bolt Parties means Bolt, its group companies, licensors or its employees and a “Bolt Party” means any of these.

Examples of Bolt Parties in a sentence

  • Otherwise, we are only responsible to you for any damages, losses or costs which result from us not performing our obligations under the Terms and which could have been reasonably foreseen by any of the Bolt Parties and you when entering into these Terms.

  • No Bolt Parties make any promises that access to the Bolt Platform will be uninterrupted or error free.

  • Please note that the Bolt Parties will not be responsible to you for any Services other than those provided to you by the Bolt Parties.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, you shall reimburse the Bolt Parties from (meaning you will compensate Bolt Parties for) all tax liabilities, claims and penalties that they may incur as a result of your failure to comply with your tax obligations.

  • The Bolt Parties do not make any promise that access to the Bolt Platform will be uninterrupted or error free.

  • The Bolt Parties shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of actions or non-actions of the Customers or anybody associated with them at any time.

  • To the extent permitted by law, none of the Bolt Parties are liable for the proper functioning of the Bolt Platform or any loss or damage that may occur as a result of use of the Bolt Platform.

  • Aslong as you comply with these Terms, Bolt agrees to allow you to access and use the Bolt Platform in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Notice, the applicable app-store terms, any applicable modern slavery notice issued by the Bolt Parties, any applicable modern slavery notice issued by the Bolt Parties and any other specific terms expressly referred to in these Terms or communicated to you by Bolt (which all form part of these Terms).

Related to Bolt Parties

  • Concert Parties means such persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with Mediahuis or INM (as the context so requires) pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules, and such persons as are Acting in Concert with that party;

  • Note Parties means, collectively, the Company and each Guarantor.

  • Agent Parties has the meaning specified in Section 10.02(c).

  • Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Bank Parties means Administrative Agent and the Banks.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Partnership Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.

  • Lender Parties means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders, the Issuing Banks, the Specified Derivatives Providers, each co-agent or sub-agent appointed by the Administrative Agent from time to time pursuant to Section 11.5., any other holder from time to time of any of any Obligations and, in each case, their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • U.S. Loan Parties means, collectively, the Parent Borrower and the U.S. Subsidiary Guarantors.

  • Investor Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Credit Parties means the Borrower and the Guarantors.

  • Relevant Parties means the Agent, each Borrower, each Security Party, the Security Trustee, each Lender and the Swap Bank;

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Security Parties means each Borrower, each Guarantor, each Chargor, and any other person (other than a Manager or Charterer) who may at any time during the Facility Period be liable for, or provide security for, all or any part of the Indebtedness, and "Security Party" means any one of them.

  • Construction Parties means all of the Parties to a Construction Service Agreement.

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.

  • Parent Related Parties means, collectively, (i) Parent or Merger Sub; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates (other than Parent or Merger Sub), members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of Parent and Merger Sub.

  • Exculpated Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Notice Parties means those Persons who are required to receive notice of filings made with the CPUC pursuant to A. 00-00-000.

  • Commitment Parties means the “Commitment Parties” as defined in the Commitment Letter.

  • Borrower Parties means the collective reference to the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, and “Borrower Party” means any one of them.

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Buyer Parties means Buyer, its Affiliates, their members, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns.
