Booking and Administration Fee means an amount equal to 5% (or such other percentage as may be specified on the Details Page or Policies Page) of all Hire Fees payable pursuant clause 2.1; “Cardholder” means the person to whom any credit card used, or to be used, to pay any moneys payable under this Agreement (including but not limited to any applicable Hire Fees and Bond) has been issued; “Category” means any category of vehicles offered by us for hire from time to time, and includes the following: (a) Classic Car;

  • Notice and Administration Costs means the costs, fees, and expenses that are incurred by the Claims Administrator and/or Lead Counsel in connection with: (i) providing notices to the Settlement Class; and (ii) administering the Settlement, including but not limited to the Claims process, as well as the costs, fees, and expenses incurred in connection with the Escrow Account.

  • Notice and Administration Expenses means all costs, fees, and expenses incurred in connection with providing notice to the Settlement Class and the administration of the Settlement, including but not limited to: (i) providing notice of the proposed Settlement by mail, publication, and other means to Settlement Class Members; (ii) receiving and reviewing claims; (iii) applying the Plan of Allocation; (iv) communicating with Persons regarding the proposed Settlement and claims administration process; (v) distributing the proceeds of the Settlement; and (vi) fees related to the Escrow Account and investment of the Settlement Fund.

  • General and Administrative Costs means reasonable, normal and customary expenses and costs paid or payable that are classified as general and administrative costs, including salaries and all other compensation to the management of the Borrower, consulting fees, salary, rent, supplies, travel and entertainment, insurance, accounting, legal, engineering and broker related fees, required to manage the affairs of the Borrower.

  • Fund Administrator means the fund administrator, manager, trustee or similar person with the primary administrative responsibilities for a Fund according to the relevant Fund Documents.

  • Settlement Administration Expenses means the Settlement Administrator’s fee, and the expenses incurred by the Settlement Administrator in providing Notice, processing exclusions and objections, responding to inquiries from members of the Settlement Class, mailing Settlement checks, and related services, paying taxes and tax expenses related to the Settlement Fund (including all federal, state or local taxes of any kind and interest or penalties thereon, as well as expenses incurred in connection with determining the amount of and paying any taxes owed and expenses related to any tax attorneys and accountants).

  • Corporate Finance Fee means the fee to be paid to the Agent by the Issuer in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Agent;

  • Settlement Administration Costs means all costs and fees of the Settlement Administrator regarding Notice and Settlement administration.

  • CFD Administrator means an official of the City, or designee thereof, responsible for determining the Special Tax Requirement and providing for the levy and collection of the Special Taxes.

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears, in an amount equal to one-fourth of 1.50% of the Company’s Equity.

  • Invoicing and Payment Policy means the invoicing and payment policy. A copy of our current Invoicing and Payment Policy is attached as Exhibit B.

  • Funding and Payment Office means (i) the office of Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender located at Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx or (ii) such other office of Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender as may from time to time hereafter be designated as such in a written notice delivered by Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender to Company and each Lender.

  • Post-secondary education costs means tuition and other fees associated with obtaining credit from a post-secondary educational institution.

  • Chief Finance Officer means the officer having responsibility for the purposes of section 151 of the Local Government Act 1972 (financial administration) for the administration of the local authority’s financial affairs.

  • Finance Officer means the Comptroller of the City or her authorized agent.

  • Parent counseling and training means assisting parents in understanding the special needs of their child and providing parents with information about child development, and helping parents to acquire the necessary skills that will allow them to support the implementation of their child's IEP.

  • Clearance Officer, W CAR:MP:FP:S, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. Comments on the collection of information should be received by September 17, 2002. Comments are specifically requested concerning: Whether the collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Internal Revenue Service, including whether the information will have practical utility; The accuracy of the estimated burden associated with the collection of information (see below); How the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected may be enhanced; How the burden of complying with the collection of information may be minimized, including through the application of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and Estimates of capital or start-up costs and costs of operation, maintenance, and purchase of service to provide information. Books or records relating to a collection of information must be retained as long as their contents may become material in the administration of any internal revenue law. Generally, tax returns and tax return information are confidential, as required by 26 U.S.C. 6103.

  • Counseling services means services provided by qualified social workers, psychologists, guidance counselors, or other qualified personnel.

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • Administration Costs means (i) the costs and expenses associated with the production and dissemination of the Notice (as defined in Section 2.10); (ii) all reasonable costs incurred by the Settlement Administrator (as defined in Section 1.40) in administering and effectuating this Settlement, which costs and expenses are necessitated by performance and implementation of this Agreement and any Court orders relating thereto; (iii) all reasonable fees charged by the Settlement Administrator; and (iv) any other costs associated with the settlement, including but not limited to any amounts charged by TIAA or Vanguard.

  • Legal Services means fees charged by an attorney:

  • Natural Resources Assistance Council means the natural resources assistance council created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 164.21 as well as its members and officers.

  • DOH means the department of health.
