Booking Terms & Conditions means these terms and conditions and the information contained in the relevant Company’s brochure, the Official Website and/or other information which will form the express terms of your Contract with the Company.

  • Save as otherwise provided, these Booking Terms & Conditions contain the parties entire understanding in relation to its subject matter and there are no conditions, warranties, promises, representations or obligations written or oral expressed or implied in relation to that subject matter other than those expressly stated or referred to therein.

  • A Booking Form must be completed at the time of requesting your vehicle, agreeing to these Booking Terms & Conditions.

  • Subject to these Booking Terms & Conditions, if we or our suppliers negligently perform or arrange those services and we don’t remedy or resolve your complaint within a reasonable period of time, and this has affected the enjoyment of your package holiday you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or compensation or both.

  • Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Booking Terms & Conditions we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by “Force Majeure”.

  • These Booking Terms & Conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by English law.

  • The level of any such price reduction or compensation will be calculated taking into consideration all relevant factors such as but not limited to: following the complaints procedure as described in these Booking Terms & Conditions and the extent to which ours or our employees’ or suppliers’ negligence affected the overall enjoyment of your holiday.

  • Subject to the other terms of these Booking Terms & Conditions, we will not be liable for any costs, fees or charges you incur in the above circumstances, if you fail to obtain our prior authorisation before making your own travel arrangements.

  • For the purposes of these Booking Terms & Conditions, Force Majeure means any event beyond our or our supplier’s control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.

  • All reservation invoices/confirmations, vouchers, receipts and other documentation are issued subject to any and all terms and conditions under which items or services are provided by Citroën EuroPass or Sodexa and these Booking Terms & Conditions.

  • Should you (‘you’) the tenant proceed to make a booking with us, you will be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to all our Booking Terms & Conditions as set out below.

Related to Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions negotiated and agreed between the Purchaser and the Supplier incorporated into and appearing on the front of the Order including any Specification.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.
