Borrowed Employee definition

Borrowed Employee means an employee of any authority whose services are obtained by the Institute on loan;
Borrowed Employee means an employee of a Party who works on a Project for and within the incorporated limits of another Party.
Borrowed Employee has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.5. “Borrowed Employer” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.5. “Budget” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1.

  • For so long as any person serves as a Borrowed Employee, the Party assigning such Borrowed Employee and such Borrowed Employee shall act as an independent contractor and not as an agent or employee of the other Party.

  • Each Party shall provide curriculum vitae for each person such Party proposes to be a Borrowed Employee, which curriculum vitae shall include a description of the role of such person in his or her recent projects.

  • Contractor shall reassign any such Borrowed Employee to a project other than the Project at Owner’s request exercised in its reasonable discretion.

  • Nor shall User Agency have the authority to make, suggest, or influence any employment decision with respect to the Borrowed Employees, or any individual Borrowed Employee.
