Borrower Share Charge definition

Borrower Share Charge means the share charge over all the issued shares of the Borrower dated on or about the Facility Agreement Date entered into between the Shareholder as chargor and the Security Agent as chargee;
Borrower Share Charge means the share charge, pledge or analogous instrument entered into, or to be entered into, as the context may require, between the Guarantor and the Security Trustee, as the case may be, in respect of one hundred per cent. (100%) of the issued share capital of the Borrower.
Borrower Share Charge means a Cayman Islands law governed equitable charge which has been executed by 3Com Cayman in favor of Collateral Agent substantially in the form of Exhibit I-1 attached to the Existing Credit Agreement, with respect to all of the Equity Interests of Borrower, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Borrower Share Charge

Borrower Share Charge means the Agreement executed by Hecla Mining and the Collateral Agent, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT K-1 hereto.
Borrower Share Charge means the charge (incorporating the assignment of dividends) to be executed by the Holdco as chargor in favour of the Intercreditor Agent in respect of the entire Equity Interest of the Borrower in the Agreed Form.
