If the Borrower has placed an order with UBS to borrow a Loan under this Agreement and UBS has responded to such order by providing a Borrowing Proposal that corresponds with such order, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have consented to such Borrowing and to have timely delivered its Borrowing Confirmation in respect of such Borrowing Proposal.

Related to Borrowing Confirmation

Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.
Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Borrowing Certificate means a Borrowing Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.
