Borrowing Instructions has the meaning specified in Section 3.1.1 hereof.
Examples of Borrowing Instructions in a sentence
On each occasion that a Fund delivers Borrowing Instructions to the Credit Facility Team, the Credit Facility Team will seek to match the amount and term of the Fund’s borrowing needs with the cash available from the Funds that have provided Lending Instructions in accordance with allocation and administrative procedures established by the Board of Trustees.
Such individual or individuals may revoke or change Lending Instructions or Borrowing Instructions in accordance with the Interfund Lending Procedures with respect to a Fund by notifying the Credit Facility Team.
It is acknowledged and agreed by each Lender that no Borrower is obligated to borrow money hereunder unless it has issued Borrowing Instructions.
