Brazilian Master Franchisee definition

Brazilian Master Franchisee means Xxxxx Dourados Comercio de Alimentos Ltda., or any successor to its rights and obligations under the Second Amended and Restated Master Franchise Agreement, dated as of November 10, 2008 (as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), among McDonald’s Latin America and Xxxxx Dourados Comércio de Alimentos Ltda.

  • Registry Operator means the operator of a Registry.

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • host Member State means the Member State other than the home Member State in which a payment service provider has an agent or a branch or provides payment services;

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • domestic customer means the occupier of domestic premises;

  • foreign fishing vessel means any fishing vessel other than a local fishing vessel;

  • WFOE has the meaning set forth in the Preamble of this Agreement.
