Breach of Amortisation Test Notice definition

Breach of Amortisation Test Notice means a notice served by the Security Trustee addressed to the CBC informing it that a Breach of the Amortisation Test has occurred and that all Covered Bonds become Pass-Through Covered Bonds.

  • If on or after the Maturity Date the Fixed Rate Covered Bonds are not redeemed in full or if a Breach of Amortisation Test Notice has been served, the Fixed Rate Covered Bonds will continue to bear interest at a fixed rate up to the Extended Due for Payment Date as set forth in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Annual Specified Amount means $400,000 escalated on each Anniversary Date by the percentage by which the CPI last published prior to such Anniversary Date has increased over the CPI last published prior to the grant of the Burswood Casino Licence.

  • Default Requirement means the amount specified as being applicable to the Reference Entity in the Standard, or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency (or, if no such amount is specified, U.S.$ 10,000,000 or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency) in either case, as of the occurrence of the relevant Credit Event.
