Breach Response Services definition

Breach Response Services means the following fees and costs in response to an actual or reasonably suspected Data Breach or Security Breach:
Breach Response Services means the following fees and costs incurred by the Fund Member with the Fund’s prior written consent in response to an actual or suspected Data Breach or Security Breach and will not include any internal salary or overhead expenses of the Fund Member: (A) for an attorney to provide necessary legal advice to the Fund Member to evaluate its obligations under Breach Notice Laws or a Merchant Services Agreement; (B) for a computer security expert to determine the existence, cause, and scope of an actual or suspected Data Breach, and if such Data Breach is actively in progress on the Fund Member’s Computer Systems, to assist in containing it; (C) for a PCI Forensic Investigator to investigate the existence and extent of an actual or reasonably suspected Data Breach involving payment card data and for a Qualified Security Assessor to certify and assist in attesting to the Fund Member’s PCI compliance as required by a Merchant Services Agreement; (D) to notify those individuals whose Personally Identifiable Information was potentially impacted by a Data Breach; (E) to provide a call center to respond to inquiries about a Data Breach; (F) to provide a credit monitoring, identity monitoring, or other personal fraud or loss prevention solution to individuals whose Personally Identifiable Information was potentially impacted by a Data Breach; or (G) for public relations and crisis management costs directly related to mitigating harm to the Fund Member that is approved in advance by the Fund in its discretion.
Breach Response Services means: (a) Notice Services; (b) Call Centre Services; (c) Credit Monitoring Services; and (d) Identity Theft Resolution Services.

Examples of Breach Response Services in a sentence

  • If accessing NKU Student, Employee, or other personal records, vendor needs Evidence Breach Response Services coverage with limits no less than $5,000,000.

  • Except as provided in the Additional Breach Response Limits clause below, the Underwriters will not be obligated to provide any Breach Response Services after the number of individuals to whom services are provided under part 4.

  • Privacy Breach Response Services also includes assistance from the BBR Services Team and access to educational and loss control information at no charge.

  • Privacy Breach Response Services will be provided subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy and the Information Packet, will be subject to the applicable retentions and limitations set forth in the Declarations, and shall not include any internal salary or overhead expenses of the Insured Organization.

  • The Underwriters’ dedicated business unit focused exclusively on helping Insureds successfully prepare for and respond to actual or suspected Data Breaches and Security Breaches (the “Xxxxxxx Breach Response Services Team”) will be available to assist the Named Insured in responding to an actual or suspected Data Breach or Security Breach.

  • Breach Response Services means the following fees and costs in response to an actual or reasonably suspected Data Breach or Security Breach: 1.

  • The Notified Individuals limit listed in the Declarations is the maximum total number of individuals to whom notification, call center and credit or identity monitoring services will be provided (or attempted) for all incidents or series of related incidents giving rise to an obligation to provide Breach Response Services.

  • The Xxxxxxx Breach Response Services Team will work in collaboration with the Named Insured to triage and assess the severity of a data breach incident, while assisting the coordination of the range of resources and services the Named Insured may need to meet legal requirements and maintain customer confidence.

  • The Named Insured will have access, via the Xxxxxxx Breach Response Services Team, to the Underwriters’ network of third party breach response service providers, products and services to respond to an actual or suspected Data Breach or Security Breach.

Related to Breach Response Services

  • Outreach Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(5) hereof and Exhibit B hereto.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • First responder means an emergency medical care provider, a registered nurse staffing an authorized service program under Iowa Code section 147A.12, a physician assistant staffing an authorized service program under Iowa Code section 147A.13, a fire fighter, or a peace officer as defined in Iowa Code section 801.4 who is trained and authorized to administer an opioid antagonist.

  • PQQ Response means the response submitted by the Supplier to the pre-qualification questionnaire issued by the Authority on 06/03/2012;

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Personal care services means both physical assis- tance and/or prompting and supervising the performance of direct personal care tasks as determined by the resident's needs and does not include assistance with tasks performed by a licensed health professional.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Customer Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer set out in Call Off Schedule 4 (Implementation Plan) and any other responsibilities of the Customer in the Call Off Order Form or agreed in writing between the Parties from time to time in connection with this Call Off Contract;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Emergency Response Agency is a governmental entity authorized to respond to requests from the public to meet emergencies.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Direct response solicitation means a solicitation through a sponsoring or endorsing entity or individually solely through mails, telephone, the Internet or other mass communication media.

  • Emergency Load Response Program means the program by which Curtailment Service Providers may be compensated by PJM for Demand Resources that will reduce load when dispatched by PJM during emergency conditions, and is described in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 8 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 8.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Emergency responder means an individual who is required to possess a license, certificate, permit, or other official recognition for his or her expertise in a particular field or area of knowledge and whose assistance is utilized or is desirable during an emergency. Emergency responder includes, but is not limited to, emergency medical services personnel; physicians; nurses; mental health, veterinary, or other public health practitioners; emergency management personnel; public works personnel; and firefighters, including firefighters trained in the areas of hazardous materials, specialized rescue, extrication, water rescue, or other specialized area. Emergency responder does not include law enforcement officers or other law enforcement personnel.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Nonprofessional services means any services not specifically identified as professional services in

  • Extended producer responsibility ’ (EPR) means responsibility of any producer of packaging products such as plastic, tin, glass, wrappers and corrugated boxes, etc., for environmentally sound management, till end-of-life of the packaging products ;
