Brightly Software or “Company” means Brightly Software, Inc., Brightly Software Canada Inc., Brightly Software Australia Pty Ltd, Brightly Software Limited, Facility Health, Inc. and Energy Profiles Limited together with their affiliates, successors and assigns.
