Brownfields facility or site definition

Brownfields facility or site means any abandoned, idle or underused industrial or commercial facility or site, the use, expansion or redevelopment of which is adversely affected by actual environmental contamination.

  • Facility or Facilities means any tangible asset in the right-of-way required to provide utility service.
