BT Systems means the Services and Service components, products, networks, servers, processes, paper-based system or IT systems (in whole or part) owned and/or operated by BT or such other systems that may be hosted on BT premises.

  • The Customer shall inform the BT Security Contact immediately upon its becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised interconnection with BT Systems and access to BT Information or misuse of BT Systems or BT Information or breach of any of the Customer's obligations under this paragraph 3.

  • IT Systems means Software, computer firmware or middleware, computer hardware, electronic data processing and telecommunications networks, network equipment, interfaces, platforms, peripherals, computer systems, co-location facilities, including any outsourced systems and processes, in each case, that are owned, leased, licensed by, or otherwise relied on by either the Company, Acquiror or any of their respective Subsidiaries.

  • Systems means any: (i.) computer programs, including, but not limited to, software, firmware, application programs, operating systems, files and utilities; (ii.) supporting documentation for such computer programs, including, without limitation, input and output formats, program listings, narrative descriptions and operating instructions; (iii.) data and/or media; (iv.) equipment, hardware, servers, and/or devices; and/or (v.) network(s).

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Company Systems means the computer and data processing systems, maintenance service agreements, and information, recordkeeping, account management, account management, communications technologies and other computer systems (including all computer programs, software, databases, firmware, hardware and related documentation) and Internet websites and related content used in the businesses of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
