Budget and Payment Schedule definition

Budget and Payment Schedule means the schedule for the budget and the payment of the Fee as set out in Schedule 3.

  • The Parties agree that this Budget and Payment Schedule is part of the Agreement clarifying the compensation associated with the Agreement and includes all Study-related costs, as referenced in the Protocol.

  • As consideration for performance of the Study pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Rigel shall pay or shall ensure that its designee pays on Rigel’s behalf, Institution in accordance with the Budget and Payment Schedule appended to this Agreement as Exhibit A.

  • CRO will pay the Institution’s payee as set forth in the Budget and Payment Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Any expense or cost incurred by Institution in performing this Agreement that is not specifically designated as reimbursable by Quintiles or Sponsor under the Agreement (including this Budget and Payment Schedule) is Institution’s sole responsibility.

  • CRO on behalf of Gilead will pay the Institution’s payee, related to the Trial, as set forth in the Budget and Payment Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A, which doesn’t include payments for Investigator and Trial Personnel and incorporated herein by reference.

Related to Budget and Payment Schedule

  • Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Repayment Schedule means the schedule of repayment dates as detailed in Schedule 5 (Loan Repayment Schedule), to be replaced as required in accordance with Clause 5 (Repayment) and Clause 6.10(b) (Partial prepayment of Loans).

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Purchase Price Allocation Schedule has the meaning given to it in Section 2.7(a).

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Budget Year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;

  • Final Payment Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.13;

  • Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time specified in the Request for Proposal as the deadline for submitting Proposals.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9.

  • BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(1) (c) (ii) for implementing the municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget.

  • Current closure cost estimate means the most recent of the estimates pre- pared in accordance with § 265.142 (a), (b), and (c).

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Material Project EBITDA Adjustments means, with respect to each Material Project:

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Schedule of Benefits means the section of this policy which shows, among other things, the Eligibility Requirements, Eligibility Waiting Period, Elimination Period, Amount of Insurance, Minimum Benefit, and Maximum Benefit Period.

  • Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.
