Budget month means the calendar month from which nonfinancial and financial information is used to determine eligibility (see section (28) of this rule) and benefit level for the payment month (see section (50) of this rule).
Budget-related Policy means a policy of a municipality affecting or affected by the annual budget of the municipality, including-
Budget Year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;
Quarterly reporting period means the three-month period covered by each
Budget Period means the fiscal period for which a budget is prepared.
Weekly Reporting Period means any Level 2 Ratings Period.
Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act means the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Pub. L. No. 104-191, 110 Stat. 1936, as amended.
Budget Act means an act containing appropriations which form a portion of the state's annual budget.
Reporting Period shall begin on the first day of each calendar quarter and end on the last day of such calendar quarter.
Monthly Reporting Period The period during which servicers report Mortgage payments to the Administrator, generally consisting of the calendar month preceding the related Payment Date for Gold PCs and the second calendar month preceding the related Payment Date for ARM PCs, which period the Administrator has the right to change as provided in Section 3.05(d) of this Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to prepayments on PCs issued before September 1, 1995, the Monthly Reporting Period generally is from the 16th of a month through the 15th of the next month.
Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
Rapid(ly) report(ing means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.
Budget unit means the unit for which the ANB of a district is calculated separately pursuant to 20-9-311.
CIC Protection Period means the two-year period beginning on the date of a Change in Control and ending on the day before the second annual anniversary of the date of the Change in Control.
Distribution Compliance Period with respect to any Notes, means the period of 40 consecutive days beginning on and including the later of (i) the day on which such Notes are first offered to Persons other than distributors (as defined in Regulation S under the Securities Act) in reliance on Regulation S and (ii) the issue date with respect to such Notes.
Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.
Budget Holder means the director or employee with delegated authority to manage finances (Income and Expenditure) for a specific area of the organisation.
Target Registration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d) hereof.
Initial compliance period means the three-year compliance period that begins January 1, 1993, except for the MCLs for dichloromethane, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, benzo(a)pyrene, dalapon, di(2-ethylhexyl)adipate, di(2-ethyl- hexyl)phthalate, dinoseb, diquat, endothall, endrin, glyphosate, hexachlorobenzene, hexachlorocyclopentadiene, oxamyl, picloram, simazine, 2,3,7,8-TCDD, antimony, beryllium, cyanide, nickel, and thallium, as they apply to a supplier whose system has fewer than 150 service connections, for which it means the three-year compliance period that began on January 1, 1996.
COBRA Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the first anniversary thereof.
Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
Report Period as defined in subsection 2.18.

Portability means transfer by an individual health insurance policyholder (including family cover) of the credit gained for pre-existing conditions and time-bound exclusions if he/she chooses to switch from one insurer to another.
PAGA Pay Period means any Pay Period during which an Aggrieved Employee worked for Defendant for at least one day during the PAGA Period.
