BUDGETARY ALLOWANCE definition

BUDGETARY ALLOWANCE means a sum of money included in the contract sum for work intended for execution by the contractor, the extent of which is identified but not detailed.
BUDGETARY ALLOWANCE means a provisional amount included in the contact sum for goods and/ or mate rials to be supplied and fixed, or work to be performed, either by the Contractor, a subcontractor or the supplier, cost or extent of which has not been detailed and/ or determined;
BUDGETARY ALLOWANCE means the monetary value anticipated for finishes which shall not form part of the Contract Appointment. The partial or full allocation of funds from the budgetary allowance shall be at the sole discretion of the Employer and/or Lift-Consulting Engineer.
