Budgeted Cash Receipts definition

Budgeted Cash Receipts means the line items contained in the Approved Budget under the heading “Total Receipts” (or words of similar import) during the relevant period of determination as set forth in the Approved Budget (excluding amounts in respect of the MBS Entities).
Budgeted Cash Receipts means the sum of the line items contained in the Approved Budget under the headingsCash Collections” during the relevant Period of determination.
Budgeted Cash Receipts means the sum of the line items contained in the Budget representing operating receipts and trading receipts during the relevant period of determination.

Examples of Budgeted Cash Receipts in a sentence

  • The Loan Budget shall set forth, on a weekly basis (from the Saturday up to and including the Friday of the relevant week) Budgeted Cash Receipts, Budgeted Disbursement Amounts, Budgeted Restructuring Related Amounts and Budgeted Debt Service Disbursement Amounts for the period beginning on the Effective Date for 13 weeks following the week in which the Effective Date occurs.

More Definitions of Budgeted Cash Receipts

Budgeted Cash Receipts means the Debtorsprojected cash receipts on a line-by-line and aggregate basis during the applicable Variance Testing Period as set forth in the Approved Budget.
Budgeted Cash Receipts means the sum of all cash receipts projected to be received by the Borrowers from its Subsidiaries during the relevant period of determination (excluding any borrowings under this Agreement) as set forth across from the line-item in the Loan Budget titled “Total Cash Receipts”.
Budgeted Cash Receipts means, for any period, the sum of all budgeted cash receipts described in the Approved Budget under the heading “Total Operating Cash Inflows” for such period.
Budgeted Cash Receipts means, with respect to any period, as the context requires, with respect to the Credit Parties and their Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis (excluding any borrowings under this Agreement) (x) the amount that corresponds to the applicable line item under the heading “Operating Receipts” in the Approved Budget, as determined by reference to the Approved Budget as then in effect.
Budgeted Cash Receipts is hereby deleted in its entirety.
Budgeted Cash Receipts means the sum of the line items contained in the 13 Week Cash Flow Forecast labeled “operating receipts: trading receipts” for the first four weeks covered therein.
Budgeted Cash Receipts means, with respect to any period, as the context requires, (a) the line item under the heading “Forecast for Total Receipts” in the Approved Budget and/or (b) the sum, for such period, of all the amounts for all such line items which comprise “Total Receipts” (as set forth in the Approved Budget), on a cumulative basis, in each case, as determined by reference to the Approved Budget as then in effect.
