Buffer Stock definition

Buffer Stock means the Cobalt Alloy Stock to be established at OMG in KOKKOLA, FINLAND in accordance with article 10 of the J.V. Agreement and to be kept separate from the Ordinary Commercial Cobalt Alloy Stock of OMG KOKKOLA Chemicals Oy.
Buffer Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.9(a).
Buffer Stock shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.6.
