Building Award definition

Building Award means that portion of the award in condemnation proceedings which represents the value of the buildings, improvements and the Facility on, above or below the Property or damages for the taking of any part thereof. The Building Award shall include any award for any damage, injury or loss of any kind, nature or description to the leasehold estate of the Ground Tenant or to the unexpired term thereof or to the right to any extension or extensions of this Amended Ground Lease. The Ground Tenant shall not share in any condemnation award with respect to the buildings and improvements unless and until the unpaid balance of the Leasehold Mortgage on the Property is paid in full, all such condemnation proceeds with respect to the building being used first to pay off and discharge such Leasehold Mortgage.
Building Award has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.2.5.
Building Award. An employee undertaking work within the housing, merchandising and non- commercial sectors of the industry is excluded from receiving the conditions contained within this clause.
