If this Agreement is terminated prior to its End Date pursuant to Clauses B-41, A-43(a) or A- 43(c), the Customer shall pay to the Company an Early Termination Charge equivalent to 50% x Average Daily Bill Amount x Unexpired Term (“Termination Sum”) with respect to this Agreement.
