Building Exterior definition

Building Exterior means the outside portions of a structure, including the materials, equipment and components which constitute the walls, roof, foundation, stairs, attached projections and other external parts and features.
Building Exterior means the Building’s exterior, including but not limited to all exterior walls (including but not limited to front walls, side walls, and back walls), elevations, building height, roofs, color, building materials, windows and doors, and all air space above the Building.
Building Exterior means the exterior skin of a Building, including any glass that separates a part of the Building Exterior from its interior.

Building Exterior. A composition system of applied stone (slate and limestone) over stucco and high performance vision glass in an anodized aluminum frame.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Heritage Building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, which has been identified as a significant heritage resource in a conservation district plan and any Building listed in the Markham Register of Property of Cultural Heritage Value of Interest;

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Premises Building Partial Damage shall herein mean damage or destruction to the building of which the Premises are a part to the extent that the cost of repair is less than 50% of the then replacement cost of such building as a whole.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Premises Building Total Destruction means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Building.
