Building Land definition

Building Land means that certain real property more particularly described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Building Land means the land for the construction of Rental Facilities as specified in Annex I, that is the land of the first phase project of NXP Semiconductors (Beijing) Ltd New Plant, specifically see Article 5 of the Agreement.
Building Land means any unimproved or improved land defined as such by the Member States.’

  • Landlord reserves all rights to damages or awards for any taking by eminent domain relating to the Premises, Building, Land and the unexpired term of this Lease.

  • Landlord represents that it shall comply with any Applicable Laws with respect to the Building, Land, Project and Property (provided however, Landlord will be able to include such costs in Operating Costs as provided elsewhere in this Lease).

  • The term “Real Estate Taxes” means any taxes, fees, charges, and assessments (including any payments to a business improvement district or similar entity) allocable to the Building, Land and Proportionate Share of the common areas of the Project, general and special, ordinary and extraordinary, foreseen or unforeseen, assessed, levied, or imposed on the Building, Land, and Proportionate Share of the common areas and Project, by any governmental authority.
