Building served definition

Building served means the physical structure that contains the habitable interior portion of the building connected to the subsurface sewage disposal system. The building served includes any portion of the habitable structure permanently attached to the structure including but not limited to basements and 4-season (i.e., winterized) porches and sunrooms. The building served does not include attached accessory structures.

  • In the event that any utility to the Premises shall not be separately metered, Lessor shall apportion the cost of such utility among the various lessees served thereby on either a square footage basis (based upon the proportion of Rentable Square Feet of the Premises as to the Rentable Square Feet of the areas of the Building served by the utility) or based upon the intensity of use by Lessee, such basis to be determined by Lessor in its sole discretion.

  • MDU Dealer shall use reasonably commercial efforts to ensure that all residents of any MDU Building served by MDU Dealer shall contact MDU Dealer and not EchoStar (a) to initiate, add, delete or cancel receipt of any Programming except EchoStar pay-per-view, (b) for any maintenance or service of, or problems or concerns with, their DISH DBS Receiver or other portion of any MDU System equipment, and (c) for any questions concerning reception, rates, billing or collection.

  • Such costs allocated to the Building shall be borne as a percentage, the numerator of which is the number of rentable square feet of the Premises and the denominator of which is the total number of rentable square feet of the Building or such portion of the Building served by such Building System(s).

  • For any costs or expenses for which Tenant is required to pay the Tenant’s Pro Rata Share of such cost or expense, such Tenant’s Pro Rata Share shall be based on the proportion of the square footage of the Premises to the square footage of the portion of the Building served by the service for which cost or expense has been charged.

  • In such event, no other tenant, occupant or other entity shall have more prominent identification signage in the West lobby than Tenant unless such other tenant, occupant or other entity leases more rentable square footage in the portions of the Building served by the West lobby than does Tenant.

  • During the Refusal Term, Landlord shall exert commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill the space needs of any third-party tenant elsewhere in the Building served by the lower elevator bank that does not include the Refusal Space.

  • No other tenant, occupant or other entity shall have more prominent identification signage in the Sky Lobby than Tenant unless such other tenant, occupant or other entity leases more rentable square footage in the portions of the Building served by the Sky Lobby than does Tenant.

  • Building sewer means the extension from the building drain to the public sewer or other place of disposal.
