Bundled Product or Service definition

Bundled Product or Service means any Product or Service of Parent and its Subsidiaries included within Covered Revenues as a result of the application of the final sentence of the definition of “Field” and does not generate Covered Revenues on a standalone basis.

Examples of Bundled Product or Service in a sentence

  • If a Product or Service that was a Bundled Product or Service ceases to be a Bundled Product or Service, then effective as of the date on which such Product or Service ceases to be a Bundled Product or Service, it will not be an Applicable Product for purposes of this Section 8.1(b) for so long as it is not a Bundled Product or Service and does not and would not generate Covered Revenues on a standalone basis.

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Combination Product means a product that includes a device for delivery or at least one active ingredient other than a Licensed Product.

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.

  • Licensed Service means performance of a service for any consideration using a Licensed Product, or the practice of a Licensed Process. For clarity, research and development of Licensed Products by Licensee, its Affiliates, or a Sublicensee does not constitute a Licensed Service.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • End product means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired under the contract for public use.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound or the active pharmaceutical contained in a Unity Bcl-2 [***] Product, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Moroccan end product means an article that—

  • Designated country end product means a WTO GPA country end product, a Free Trade Agreement country end product, a least developed country end product, or a Caribbean Basin country end product.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.
