Burial Authority means the Council of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

Burial Authority. (and its plural form) means a local authority (including a parish, town or community council or meeting) which is a burial authority and includes a joint committee or board constituted from a number of local authorities and shall also include any organisation which carries out the same functions as such local authorities.
