Public Health Act definition

Public Health Act means the ‘Public Health Act, Revised Statues of Alberta, Chapter 2000 C. P- 37’;
Public Health Act means the Public Health Act, Cap. 9.25;
Public Health Act or “PHA” means the Public Health Act, C.C.S.M. c. P210, and the regulations under that Act, as the Act or regulations may be amended from time to time;
