Material Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

Management Objectives may be described in terms of Company-wide objectives or objectives that are related to the performance of the individual Participant or of the Subsidiary, division, department, region or function within the Company or Subsidiary in which the Participant is employed. The Management Objectives applicable to any award to a Covered Employee shall be based on specified levels of or growth in one or more of the following criteria:
Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.
Substantial and Compelling Reason in the Public Interest means a reason that is justified by an important, specific, and articulated public interest goal that is within ICANN's mission and consistent with a balanced application of ICANN's core values as defined in ICANN's Bylaws.
Claims Objection Deadline means the deadline for objecting to a Claim against a Debtor, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Court for objecting to such Claims.
